Once you register your team individually through RegisterUSASoftball, you can create a team here to enter tournaments setup on RegisterPlay.  Click on the Teams button on the left, select Fastpitch, 2025 Tournament Team, and Wisconsin.  Then choose the "My team is sanctioned for the current season via individual registration through RegisterUSASoftball.com"

Registering as a team only?  Click on the Teams button on the left, select Fastpitch, 2025 Tournament Team, and Wisconsin.  Then choose the "TEAM Registration/Sanction Only (does NOT include insurance)"

We take protecting our members both on and off the field seriously and are dedicated to building and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment in which our participants may flourish and grow.  We are the leaders in the sport of softball and as such our commitment to athlete safety is unmatched.  Simply put – USA Softball will not tolerate ANY abuse whether it is emotional, physical, mental and sexual. 

Since the introduction of the U.S. Center for SafeSport, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) has developed a Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) and USA Softball has further developed our own MAAPP policy designed to protect our members from various types of misconduct and abuse.

Your JO team must be registered with USA Softball of WI to be eligible to play in a USA Softball event in Wisconsin or at the National level.

Classifications

Class A -

• MUST individually register with USA Softball
• May draw players from multiple WI counties or from bordering metro/state associations.
• May participate ONLY at the Class A level

Class B - 

• MUST individually register with USA Softball
• All rostered players must be drawn from:
  • A community/metro recreational League including Rec League All-Star Teams, and/or
  • within one of the established USA Softball of WI Districts exclusively and
  • within Wisconsin State lines exclusively

• Teams recruiting players from across established WI district boundaries must obtain submit written request for approval from State JO Commissioner:
  • EXCEPTION:  All players participate in same USA Softball of WI recreational league.  (proof must be provided)
• Teams recruiting players from across state lines are not eligible to play at the Class B level, EXCEPT if all players play in the same USA Softball of WI rec league. (proof must be provided)
• Class B Teams may participate in Class “A” tournaments, but are then subject to being reclassified to Class “A” for the remainder of season based on ability to compete against Class “A” teams
• Class B teams may be subject to reclassification to an “A” team if level of competitiveness appears to exceed that of a typical Class “B” team

Class C - 

• Teams participating STRICTLY at the Community/Recreational level.
• Leagues are urged to Individually Register players with USA Softball
• Only Individually Registered Class C (rec) players can be eligible pickup players for Class A or Class B travel/teams for State or National Championship tournaments ONLY
